Acne is one of the most common skin problems that people hate especially for teenagers. But does it only caused by the usage of facial beauty products? Food has its own type and ingredient. Sometimes, we do not know what type of food that are not suitable for our limbs, skin and so on. According to Dr Sazarul, “she strongly recommends for people with acne problems to check their internal health so that they know the food or type of food that does not suit with their skin”. Everyone loves beauty, but true beauty comes from a healthy interior due to the nutrition and health. Nutrition will react to the body and skin whether the reaction is good or bad. It depends on the individual body itself. Every people loves food especially women, which they will find food first when they have problems or stress to overcome their problems. But, no one knows about the nutrition that can cause acne to grow. Food That Can Cause Skin Reaction To Acne: 1. Fatty and fried food - It will increases the content of glucose (sugar) in the blood caused by carbohydrates and fats. 2. Food from dairy products - The high fat and hormone content in cow's milk can cause allergies. 3. Food from processed carbohydrates - The sugar content in processed food is high. 4. Caffeinated and carbonated drinks - It causes the adrenaline glands to secrete stress-causing hormones and also can interfere sleep cycle. Carbonated drinks also contain a lot of sugar which is about seven teaspoons of sugar for each can of drink. High sugar can cause oily skin and worsen acne prone skin condition. 5. Processed or canned food - Any food that are not from a natural source is considered unhealthy to eat. Therefore, these food can be eaten but in small quantities. For people with a very chronic acne problems, they need to abstain from eating food like these as it can worsen the condition of acne. This type of food is not only bad for the skin, but if you want to lose weight or get an ideal body shape, you need to reduce or not eating these food.
Food That Reduce Acne: Here are some of nutritional daily food that can be practiced to help reduce acne problems on the skin: 1. Vegetables and fruits.If you are not a vegetarian, you can make it into a salad, put this vegetable in every dish or eat a lot of fresh fruit. 2. Practice drinking warm water or mineral water at least two litres a day.To make it easier for you to drink enough water, you can fill the water in a bottle that has 1L. So, you can know how many liters of water you consume in a day. 3. Practice how to make a burn, steam or bake food because this technique can reduce excess oil and fat in your cooking. 4. Eat high-fiber foods such as whole grain breads, skim milk or low-fat milk, high Omega-3 tuna, organic chicken, salads and fresh fruit juices. In conclusion, eat more healthy food and reduce unhealthy food as stated before as it is not only good for the skin, but also for your whole body.
